Working Student in Safety Engineering (m/f/d)

Your Mission
As a member of the Robot Engineering team, you will have a strong focus on testing and validating new concepts for government certification. Since the topic range is broad, this position will allow you to grow into the field that best fits your skills. 

During the first few months, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating ideas and strategies to increase the safety of the robot
  • Reviewing documents for 10218-1-certification
  • Modifying documents based on feedback from TÜV
  • Testing the new robot system in test-labs
  • (if you want to expand yourself) FPGA design and testing 
  • (if you want to expand yourself) Redesigning PCBs and performing SMD soldering
  • (if you want to expand yourself) Designing embedded systems
Your Profile
  • Experience with using standard lab equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)
  • Beneficial to have experience in more than one of the following fields: electronics, mechanics, and informatics
  • Basic knowledge in industrial safety would be beneficial
  • B2 level proficiency in German language
