We are in search of a Senior Strategic Project Manager – Strategy, Finance & Legal (m/f/d), with the drive to build RobCo into the category-leading SMB automation company in Europe. We’ve raised >€50M from the world’s best VCs, such as Sequoia and Lightspeed and top-notch angel investors such as Daniel Dines and Christian Reber to achieve our vision.
As a foundational member of RobCo’s team, you’ll work closely with our CEO, VP Revenue, Head of Solutions Engineering, and Head of Supply Chain Management.

In this role you will be accountable for:

Strategic:

• Preparation of board meetings
• Business modeling and forecasting
• Market intelligence (target customer, market sizing, competitor analysis)
• Definition of internationalization strategy into other European markets
• Company-wide strategy process
• + many more initiatives along the way

Financial Management:

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize financial performance
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and initiatives

Legal:

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on potential impacts
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory agencies
• Conduct internal audits to identify and mitigate legal risks

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare regular reports for management and external stakeholders
• Present financial and legal information to senior management and board of directors
• Communicate with investors, lenders, and other external parties as needed
