Your Mission
We are looking for a (Senior) Service Specialist (m/f/d) with the ambition to manage the best automation solutions, making RobCo Europe's leading company for automation solutions in the SMB sector. With funding of over €50 million from renowned VCs like Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as from top-tier business angels like Daniel Dines and Torsten Reil, we are well-positioned to realize our vision.
- Service and Maintenance at Customer Sites: You will independently carry out the commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of our automation solutions at customer locations.
- Problem Solving: You will quickly find solutions for complex mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues and ensure that the systems operate smoothly.
- Customer Orientation: You will implement customer requirements effectively and ensure that their systems run optimally, significantly contributing to customer satisfaction.
- Project Execution: You will accompany projects to expand systems with a strong focus on service and maintenance.
- Documentation: You will create and maintain system documentation and test protocols to ensure maintenance efficiency and quality assurance.
- 3D Printing of Spare Parts: You will utilize 3D printing to develop components specifically for service and maintenance solutions.
