  • End-to-end management of the purchasing process: request for information (RFI), supplier selection, requests for quotations, quotation comparison, negotiations, conclusion of framework agreements and order processing
  • Ensuring on-time deliveries while taking costs, quality and risk into account
Supplier management: establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, classification and continuous evaluation of suppliers
  • ERP system maintenance: managing and updating master data and ensuring data quality
  • Close cooperation with solution engineers, design engineers, production and SCM to meet project goals
  • Participation in projects and process optimisation, including the implementation of new procurement strategies
  • Analysing supplier performance and deriving measures to optimise supply chain performance

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in purchasing projects and series products, ideally in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of supplier management and negotiation techniques
  • Confident use of ERP systems and experience in master data maintenance
  • Ability to make decisions independently, set priorities and manage projects on schedule
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; experience in working with technical departments
  • Project management skills, analytical thinking and structured approach to work

Why us?

  • Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.
  • Help build robots powered by cutting-edge AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.
  • As part of a highly dynamic and fast-growing scale-up, you’ll take on responsibility from day one, drive your own projects, and see the direct impact of your work.
  • Flat hierarchies, open communication, and regular 360° feedback enable fast decision-making and support both your professional and personal development.
  • Your benefits at a glance:
    • Stay active with our subsidized Wellpass membership, giving you access to over 7,200 gyms and studios across Germany.
