Wir suchen einen zahlenaffinen (Senior) Manager Financial Planning & Analysis / Controlling (m/w/d) mit dem Anspruch, unsere Budgetplanung und Financial Forecasts auf das nächste Level zu heben, um RobCo zu Europas führendem Unternehmen für Automatisierungslösungen im SMB-Bereich zu machen. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit Führungskräften, dem Operations- und dem Produktteam zusammen, um umsetzbare Insights zu liefern, unsere Finanzstrategie mitzugestalten und sicherzustellen, dass wir datenbasierte Entscheidungen treffen, die nachhaltiges Wachstum fördern.

Deine Aufgaben:

Leitung der Erstellung von monatlichen, vierteljährlichen und jährlichen Finanzprognosen, Budgets und langfristigen Planungen
Entwicklung und Pflege dynamischer Finanzmodelle zur Bewertung von Geschäftsszenarien und strategischen Initiativen
Verfolgung wichtiger Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs), Analyse von Trends und Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen im Vergleich zu Budget/Forecast
Erstellung aussagekräftiger Management-Reports und Vorlagen für den Vorstand, die die finanzielle Performance und strategische Empfehlungen klar kommunizieren
Finanz-Business-Partner sein, um Ressourcen mit Geschäftsprioritäten abzustimmen und Kosteneffizienz voranzutreiben
Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
Unterstützung bei Fundraising-Aktivitäten und Investor Relations mit klaren Finanzstorys und Daten
Leitung funktionsübergreifender Projekte zur Verbesserung von Reporting-Systemen, Prozessen und Analysefähigkeiten
Unterstützung bei M&A, Expansion und anderen strategischen Initiativen mit fundierter Finanzanalyse

Dein Profil

Idealerweise kommst du mit folgenden Hintergrund:

Studium in Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in FP&A, Finanzmodellierung, Investment Banking, Strategieberatung oder einer ähnlichen analytischen Rolle (Erfahrung in einem Scale-up oder schnell wachsenden Tech-Unternehmen ist ein großes Plus)
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen
Sehr gutes Verständnis von Finanzberichten, Business-Treibern und Szenario-Modellierung
Fortgeschrittene Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Finanzautomatisierung sowie ERP- und BI-Tools von Vorteil
Sicher in Präsentationen vor Führungskräften und geübt darin, Entscheidungen mit datenbasierten Empfehlungen zu beeinflussen
Sehr gut organisiert, detailorientiert und in der Lage, mehrere Prioritäten in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu managen
Teamplayer mit starker Kommunikationsfähigkeit und proaktiver, lösungsorientierter Denkweise
Fließendes Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Your Mission

We are looking for a analytical (Senior) Manager Financial Planning & Analysis / Controlling (m/f/d) with the ambition to take our budget planning and financial forecasting to the next level to make RobCo Europe's leading company for automation solutions in the SMB sector. We have raised more than $50 million from the best venture capitalists in the world, including Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as from the founders of UiPath, Helsing, Pitch and more, to fulfil our mission.

In this role, you will partner closely with leadership, operations, and product teams to provide actionable insights, shape our financial strategy, and ensure we make data-driven decisions that fuel sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
Developing and maintaining dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios and strategic initiatives
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing trends, and providing variance analysis against budget/forecast
Preparing insightful management reports and board presentations that clearly communicate financial performance and strategic recommendations
Be the financial business partner to align resources with business priorities and drive cost efficiency
Conducting market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
Supporting fundraising activities and investor relations with clear financial narratives and data
Leading cross-functional projects to enhance reporting systems, processes, and analytical capabilities
Supporting M&A, expansion, and other high-impact strategic initiatives with robust financial analysis

Your Profile

Ideally you come with the following background:

Degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial modelling, investment banking, strategy consulting, or a similar analytical role (experience in a scale-up or fast-growing tech company a strong plus)
Exceptional analytical skills with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Strong understanding of financial statements, business drivers, and scenario modelling
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; financial automation experience and expierence with ERP and BI tools is a plus
Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisions through data-backed recommendations
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
