Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und analytisch starken (Senior) Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Lieferkettenstrategie gestaltet, Prozesse effizient steuert, um RobCo zur führenden europäischen Firma für Automatisierungslösungen im KMU-Sektor zu machen. Dafür haben wir bereits mehr als 50 Millionen USD von den weltweit besten Venture Capitalists eingesammelt, darunter Sequoia Capital und Lightspeed, sowie von den Gründerinnen von UiPath, Helsing, Pitch und weiteren Unternehmen.

Als (Senior) Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Produktions- und Materialflüsse. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Roboter zur richtigen Zeit, in der richtigen Menge und Qualität verfügbar sind. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik, Engineering und unseren Lieferanten zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

Produktionsplanung: Erstellung, Pflege und Steuerung von Produktionsplänen auf Wochen- und Monatsebene
Materialbedarfsplanung (MRP): Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit aller Materialien entlang der gesamten Stücklistenstruktur
Bestellmanagement: Koordination von Bestellungen und Lieferterminen über unser ERP-System (Xentral)
Lieferperformance: Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Frühwarnung bei Engpässen, aktives Risikomanagement
Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Fertigung, Logistik und Engineering zur Sicherstellung durchgängiger Abläufe
Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in der Supply Chain
Datenanalyse & Reporting: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Dashboards und KPIs zur operativen Steuerung

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Disposition oder im Order Management, idealerweise im technischen oder industriellen Umfeld
Sehr gutes Verständnis für Supply-Chain-Prozesse und ERP-gestützte Planung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen – idealerweise Xentral
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch und Englisch
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain, Produktion, Logistik oder vergleichbar

Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced and analytically strong (Senior) Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to shape our supply chain strategy, efficiently manage processes, and help establish RobCo as the leading European company for automation solutions in the SME sector. To date, we have raised more than USD 50 million from some of the world’s best venture capitalists, including Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as from the founders of UiPath, Helsing, Pitch, and other companies.

As a (Senior) Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the operational management and continuous optimization of our production and material flows. You will ensure that our robots are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and with the right quality. In doing so, you will work closely with production, procurement, logistics, engineering, and our suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

Production Planning: Creation, maintenance, and management of production plans on a weekly and monthly basis
Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Ensuring the availability of all materials across the entire bill of materials structure
Order Management: Coordination of orders and delivery dates via our ERP system (Xentral)
Delivery Performance: Monitoring delivery schedules, providing early warnings in case of bottlenecks, and active risk management
Interface Management: Close collaboration with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering to ensure seamless processes
Process Optimization: Identification and implementation of improvement measures within the supply chain
Data Analysis & Reporting: Development and continuous improvement of dashboards and KPIs for operational control

Your Profile

Several years of professional experience in production planning, scheduling, or order management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ERP-based planning
Experience working with ERP systems – ideally Xentral
Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive way of working
Strong communication skills in both German and English
Completed vocational training or degree with further qualification in supply chain, production, logistics, or a comparable field
