Our new Austin hub will be a cornerstone for supporting customers, managing inbound/outbound logistics, and ensuring smooth delivery of our cutting-edge robotics systems.


We are seeking a hands-on Office & Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to establish and oversee RobCo’s Austin office operations. This role combines office management responsibilities with a strong focus on supply chain and logistics coordination. You will be the go-to person for ensuring shipments of RobCo’s robotics solutions arrive on time, are processed efficiently, and are dispatched seamlessly to customers across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments of robotics solutions, spare parts, and demo equipment.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time, cost-effective transport.
  • Oversee receiving, inspection, and inventory control of robotics modules and related equipment.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation (packing lists, bills of lading, customs forms).
  • Optimize logistics flows and warehouse organization within the Austin facility.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively.

Office & Facility Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and office service providers.
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient workspace for RobCo’s growing Austin team.
  • Support visiting engineers, customers, and partners with onsite needs.
  • Oversee office supplies, deliveries, and facility upkeep.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Value Engineering and Solutions Engineering teams to align logistics with project timelines.
  • Support Finance and Operations in vendor management, cost control, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and handling procedures for robotics systems.
Dein Profil
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, logistics, or supply chain coordination (startup/tech/robotics experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Familiarity with shipping processes, freight handling, and customs regulations.
  • Comfortable working with ERP/supply chain management systems (experience with NetSuite, SAP, or similar preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset—you enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
