Deine Aufgaben

Bei RobCo entwickeln wir KI-gestützte Robotersysteme, die industrielle Prozesse autonomer, effizienter und skalierbarer machen. Unsere Autonomous Manufacturing Platform verbindet modulare Industriehardware mit physischer KI und ermöglicht eine schnelle Einführung sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung in realen Produktionsumgebungen.

Mit Standorten in München, San Francisco und Austin und der Unterstützung führender Investoren wie Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation und Sequoia arbeiten wir daran, industrielle Automatisierung neu zu definieren.

Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Teams suchen wir dich als Financial Accountant (m/w/d) mit der folgenden Mission:

Verbuchung von Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Bankvorgängen inkl. Pflege und Abstimmung von Konten
Erstellung und Abwicklung von Zahlläufen
Überwachung von Kundenzahlungen und Unterstützung im Mahnwesen
Sorgfältige Pflege der internen Dokumentenablage
Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten, der Einführung neuer Finanzsoftware sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems
Falls gewünscht, Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals und Jahresabschlüssen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Buchhaltungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden oder internationalen Umfeld, ist von Vorteil – auch zahlenaffine Quereinsteiger mit Interesse an der Buchhaltung sind herzlich willkommen!
Kenntnisse der HGB-Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze sind von Vorteil
Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen ist von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in einem Buchhaltungsprogramm
Hohe Detailgenauigkeit mit der Fähigkeit, zuverlässig mehrere Prioritäten zu managen und Deadlines einzuhalten
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

To further expand our team, we are looking for you as Financial Accountant (m/f/d) with the following mission:

Posting of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank transactions, including account maintenance and reconciliation
Preparation and execution of payment runs
Monitoring customer payments and supporting the dunning process
Maintaining internal document filing with great attention to detail
Supporting digitalization projects, the implementation of new finance software, and the further development of our ERP system
Optionally, assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Your Profile

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in accounting, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment, is an advantage – but numerically minded career changers with an interest in accounting are also very welcome!
Knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) accounting principles is a plus
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
Confident use of MS Office, ideally with basic knowledge of an accounting software
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines reliably
Team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Very good command of both German and English, written and spoken
