Senior Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Permanent employee

Your Mission

At RobCo, we develop AI-powered robotic systems that make industrial processes more autonomous, efficient, and scalable. Our Autonomous Manufacturing Platform combines modular industrial hardware with physical AI, enabling rapid deployment and continuous optimisation in real-world production environments.

With offices in Munich, San Francisco and Austin, and the support of leading investors such as Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation und Sequoia, we are working to redefine industrial automation.

To further expand our team, we are looking for you as Senior Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d).

This is a strategic, high-impact, and hands-on role at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Concept Engineering, Finance, and Leadership.
You will own our CRM architecture, GTM processes, governance, data hygiene, territory planning, and commercial tooling as RobCo continues to expand internationally.
If you love scaling GTM systems, designing efficient revenue engines, and empowering teams with clarity and data, this role is a perfect fit for you.

CRM Ownership & Data Architecture

  • You will own and further develop our CRM (currently HubSpot; migration planned for 2026).

  • You will build a scalable data model that reflects our hybrid reality (hardware + software + installed base).

  • You will establish long-term standards for data hygiene and governance (naming conventions, permissions, validations, duplicate management).

Territory Planning & Account Hierarchies

  • You will design and maintain a globally scalable territory model (EU/DE/US).

  • You will define and enforce parent/child account hierarchies.

  • You will ensure fair lead routing, clear ownership, and transparent reporting.

Deal Desk & Commercial Governance

  • You will lead RobCo’s Deal Desk: pricing checks, discount guardrails, special terms, and approval flows.

  • You will partner closely with Finance on forecasting, revenue modeling, and commercial policy design to balance accuracy with sales momentum.

Funnel & Performance Optimization

  • You will own funnel reporting across all stages (lead → pipeline → revenue).

  • You will collaborate with Marketing and SDR leadership on attribution, routing, and campaign performance.

  • You will build dashboards for executives and frontline teams.

Marketing Operations

  • You will own lead scoring, attribution, routing, and all Martech-to-CRM integrations.

  • You will ensure accurate campaign tracking and reliable performance analytics.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • You will build dashboards covering pipeline health, forecasting, funnel performance, campaign ROI, and sales productivity.

  • You will provide insights and recommendations directly to the CRO, VP Marketing, and the leadership team.

Cross-Functional Alignment & RevOps Leadership

  • You will act as the operational glue between Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Leadership.

  • You will position RevOps as a strategic partner rather than a ticketing function.

  • You will support GTM planning, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount scaling.

  • You will run QBR cycles, forecasting routines, and performance reviews.

Tooling & Systems Roadmap

  • You will evaluate, implement, and manage RevOps tools (automation, forecasting, enrichment, routing).

  • You will lead the preparation and execution of our CRM migration (parallel runs, data mapping, governance).

Your Profile

Must-haves

  • 4–8+ years in Revenue Operations / Sales Ops / Marketing Ops, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or industrial automation.

  • Strong expertise in CRM architecture, GTM operations, automation workflows, and data governance.

  • Ability to design scalable territories, account hierarchies, routing, and permission models.

  • Experience with deal desk workflows, approvals, or commercial operations.

  • Very strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into strategic insight.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Fluent in English and German.

Bonus

  • Experience in hybrid hardware/software business models (IoT, robotics, automation, machinery).

  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.

  • Experience leading or supporting CRM migrations.

Why us?

  • Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.
  • Help build robots powered by cutting-edge AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.
  • As part of a highly dynamic and fast-growing scale-up, you’ll take on responsibility from day one, drive your own projects, and see the direct impact of your work.
  • Flat hierarchies, open communication, and regular 360° feedback enable fast decision-making and support both your professional and personal development.
  • Your benefits at a glance:
    • Stay active with our subsidized Wellpass membership, giving you access to over 7,200 gyms and studios across Germany.
    • Flexible working hours, a modern office, and—depending on the role—the option to work from home.
    • Regular team events, ranging from relaxed beer & pizza nights on our rooftop terrace to shared experiences like ski trips or the Oktoberfest.
