Bei RobCo entwickeln wir KI-gestützte Robotersysteme, die industrielle Prozesse autonomer, effizienter und skalierbarer machen. Unsere Autonomous Manufacturing Platform verbindet modulare Industriehardware mit physischer KI und ermöglicht eine schnelle Einführung sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung in realen Produktionsumgebungen.

Mit Standorten in München, San Francisco und Austin und der Unterstützung führender Investoren wie Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation und Sequoia arbeiten wir daran, industrielle Automatisierung neu zu definieren.

Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Teams suchen wir dich als Head of People & Culture (m/w/d) mit der folgenden Mission:

Gesamtverantwortung für die People-Strategie von RobCo – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.
Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Führung einer leistungsstarken People-Organisation.
Skalierung des Recruitings in Engineering, Go-to-Market und Operations mit Fokus auf Qualität und Geschwindigkeit.
Etablierung von Performance- und Feedback-Strukturen, die Verantwortung fördern und Leistung messbar machen.
Stärkung und Weiterentwicklung der Führungskultur im gesamten Unternehmen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Executive Team zu Organisationsdesign, Leadership-Entwicklung und Talentplanung.
Entwicklung und Implementierung skalierbarer Vergütungs-, Beteiligungs- und Benefit-Programme.
Nachhaltige Verankerung von Kultur und Werten in Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen, als Grundlage für nachhaltige Performance.
Aktive Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen im Zuge von Wachstum, Internationalisierung und steigender Komplexität.

Dein Profil

Nachweisliche Erfahrung als VP/Head of People in wachstumsstarken, VC-finanzierten Unternehmen.
Erfolgreiche Skalierung von Teams in Phasen schnellen Wachstums (z. B. Series B bis D).
„Builder-Mentalität“: vertraut darin, Systeme und Strukturen von Grund auf aufzubauen.
Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Urteilsvermögen und souveräne Executive-Präsenz.
Hohe Ansprüche an Performance, Talent und Führung.
Fähigkeit, sowohl strategisch zu denken als auch operativ umzusetzen.

Own RobCo’s end-to-end people strategy and execution
Build and lead a high-impact People function
Scale hiring across engineering, GTM, and operations with speed and quality
Design performance systems that drive accountability and results
Raise the bar on people leadership across the company
Partner with C-level suite on org design, leadership, and succession
Build scalable comp, equity, and benefits programs
Operationalize culture and values so they reinforce execution
Lead change as the company grows in size, geography, and complexity

Your Profile

Proven VP/Head of People experience in high-growth, venture-backed companies
Track record scaling teams through rapid growth phases (e.g., Series B → D)
Builder mentality: comfortable creating systems from scratch
Strong business judgment and executive presence
High standards for performance, talent, and leadership
Ability to operate strategically and hands-on
