Partner Manager – Austin, TX

Austin, TX, USA (Remote)
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your Mission

At RobCo, we develop AI-powered robotic systems that make industrial processes more autonomous, efficient, and scalable. Our Autonomous Manufacturing Platform combines modular industrial hardware with physical AI, enabling rapid deployment and continuous optimization in real production environments.

With locations in Munich, San Francisco, and Austin, and backed by leading investors such as Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia, we are working to redefine industrial automation

At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Partner Manager to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions.

Your Mission

As a Partner Manager at RobCo, you'll be the driving force behind building and scaling our partner network in the United States. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, nurture and strengthen existing partnerships, and contribute significantly to revenue growth in the US.

At RobCo, you are part of a highly innovative robotics manufacturer that designs, develops, and builds its own modular industrial robots from the ground up. That means you have direct access to the people, technology, and know-how behind the product — enabling you to build a powerful partner ecosystem without the limitations of off-the-shelf systems.

You will report to the Director of Global Channel & Alliances, work closely with our revenue team, and develop a multi-tiered partner network consisting of System Integrators, Referral, and Channel Partners. You will have full creative freedom to think strategically, identify new partners, and build partnerships that demonstrate the power and flexibility of modular robotics.

For the US position, Austin, Texas is the ideal location, but we also accept applications from all other US states with remote work options.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic business development – Build and scale a powerful, multi-tier partner network to drive sustainable revenue growth in the United States
  • Partner enablement – Onboard, train, and enable partners to successfully market and implement RobCo solutions
  • Holistic partner management – Develop and manage partner and end-customer projects together with partners throughout all phases of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to close
  • Market and competitive analysis – Identify new opportunities, trends, and strategic partners to proactively guide partner strategy
  • Goal-oriented pipeline management – Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets, precisely manage sales opportunities, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting in close alignment with the Sales Leadership team
  • Collaborate & coordinate – Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Concept Engineering, Marketing, Operations) to align partner programs and go-to-market strategies
  • Represent the brand – Professionally represent RobCo at industry events, trade shows, and workshops
Gather insights – Capture partner and customer feedback and feed it directly into product and partner development for continuous improvement

Your Profile

We're looking for curious, solution-oriented professionals who thrive on variety, strategic thinking, and partner relationships. Ideally, you bring:

  • Channel and sales experience: At least 5 years of experience in multi-tier business-to-business sales or channel management, ideally in robotics, automation, SaaS, or technical solutions

  • Proven track record: Demonstrated success in building partner networks, acquiring new partners, and developing existing partner relationships

  • Entrepreneurial thinking: Strong entrepreneurial mindset, high numerical aptitude, and data-driven decision-making capabilities

  • Communication and negotiation skills: Excellent communication skills, negotiation confidence, and professional presence at all levels – with both partners and C-level decision-makers

  • Customer orientation and initiative: Independent, structured working style with high initiative and strong partner and customer orientation

  • Technical understanding: Ability to understand and convincingly communicate technical automation solutions – technical background is advantageous but not mandatory

  • Education: University degree in business, engineering, or comparable qualification

Open to new perspectives

We are looking for individuals with entrepreneurial thinking, clear goal orientation, and a structured approach to developing new business opportunities. You bring the ability to systematically build and sustainably develop partner and customer relationships – even if you don't come from the traditional automation industry. Experience from other sectors such as SaaS, cloud platforms, or other technical B2B solutions is explicitly welcome and enriches our team with new perspectives.

Why us?

  • Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.
  • Help us build robots equipped with state-of-the-art AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.
  • As part of a very dynamic and fast-growing scale-up, you will take on responsibility from day one, drive your own projects, and see the direct impact of your work.
  • Flat hierarchies, open communication, and regular 360° feedback enable fast decisions and support your professional and personal development.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package - including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan.
  • Unlimited paid time off incl. major holidays.
  • Company-sponsored onboarding and team offsites in Germany.
