At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious (Junior) Talent Acquisition Manager to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions.
Your responsibilities:
Own end-to-end recruiting from role definition to offer negotiation and closing
Actively source and engage top talent, inspiring candidates to join RobCo and shaping strong, diverse pipelines
Design and continuously improve job postings, sourcing strategies, and selection processes to deliver an excellent candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, challenge profiles, and build effective hiring strategies
Build and nurture long-term talent pools, engaging with potential candidates early and creating lasting relationships
Contribute to employer branding, helping position RobCo as an exciting and attractive place to grow, while exploring creative recruiting channels

RobCo was founded in Munich at the end of 2020 and develops AI-powered robotic systems that bring learning and autonomy to industrial processes. The Autonomous Manufacturing Platform combines modular industrial hardware with a software architecture for physical AI, enabling rapid implementation, continuous optimisation and application-specific performance.
Through a Robotics-as-a-Service model, RobCo helps industrial companies automate manual tasks while reducing operational complexity and risk. The company covers a wide range of industrial applications, including machine tending, palletising, dispensing and welding.
