Wir suchen einen engagierten (Junior) Financial Accountant (m/w/d), der/die sich der Herausforderung stellt, die laufenden Vorgänge in der Buchhaltung von RobCo zeitnah und zuverlässig abzubilden und unser Unternehmen als führenden Anbieter von Automatisierungslösungen im KMU-Bereich in Europa zu unterstützen
Mit einer Finanzierung von über 50 Millionen Euro von renommierten VCs wie Sequoia Capital und Lightspeed sowie den Gründern von UiPath, Helsing, Pitch und weiteren Firmen sind wir bestens aufgestellt, um unsere Vision zu verwirklichen – und dafür brauchen wir die besten Talente.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
  • Verbuchung von Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Bankvorgängen inkl. Pflege und Abstimmung von Konten
  • Erstellung und Abwicklung von Zahlläufen 
  • Überwachung von Kundenzahlungen und Unterstützung im Mahnwesen
  • Sorgfältige Pflege der internen Dokumentenablage
  • Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten, der Einführung neuer Finanzsoftware sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems
  • Falls gewünscht, Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals und Jahresabschlüssen

Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Buchhaltungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden oder internationalen Umfeld, ist von Vorteil – auch zahlenaffine Quereinsteiger mit Interesse an der Buchhaltung sind herzlich willkommen!
  • Kenntnisse der HGB-Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen ist von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in einem Buchhaltungsprogramm
  • Hohe Detailgenauigkeit mit der Fähigkeit, zuverlässig mehrere Prioritäten zu managen und Deadlines einzuhalten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your Mission

We are looking for a dedicated (Junior) Financial Accountant (m/f/d) who is eager to take on the challenge of accurately and reliably managing RobCo’s ongoing accounting processes — supporting our mission to become the leading provider of automation solutions for SMEs across Europe.

With over €50 million in funding from renowned VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as the founders of UiPath, Helsing, Pitch, and other successful companies, we are well-positioned to realize our vision — and for that, we need the best talent.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Posting of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank transactions, including account maintenance and reconciliation

  • Preparation and execution of payment runs

  • Monitoring customer payments and supporting the dunning process

  • Maintaining internal document filing with great attention to detail

  • Supporting digitalization projects, the implementation of new finance software, and the further development of our ERP system

  • Optionally, assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements


Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

  • Initial experience in accounting, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment – career changers with a strong affinity for numbers and an interest in accounting are also very welcome

  • Knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) accounting principles is a plus

  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage

  • Confident use of MS Office, ideally with basic knowledge of an accounting software

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines reliably

  • Team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

  • Very good command of both German and English, written and spoken
