Your Mission
We are in search of a Partner Development Manager (m/f/d), with the drive to acquire the best partners in order to build RobCo into the category-leading SMB automation company in Europe. We’ve raised +€50M from the world’s best VCs, such as Sequoia, Lightspeed, Kindred, and Promus and top-notch angel investors such as Daniel Dines and Torsten Reil to achieve our vision.
Strategic Partnership Development and Expansion: Identification, assessment, and cultivation of new partnerships to expand RobCo's business beyond existing day-to-day operations into new use cases, industries, and geographies.
Alignment with Product Development: Coordination with product development to understand partner requirements for software and hardware features, ensuring optimal prioritization of the product pipeline.
Project Management and Market Launch: Leading projects in collaboration with Application Engineering and partners to develop innovative use cases into market-ready products and services.
Direct Sales Support: Serving as a liaison for direct sales to effectively manage customer projects through our partner network.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with senior management to develop new strategies for expanding the sales pipeline and consistently meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Coordinated Marketing Activities: Aligning and executing joint marketing activities such as webinars, events, etc., in collaboration with the RobCo marketing department.
Partnership Management: Conducting regular coordination meetings with partners to review goal achievement and discuss strategic and sales-related actions.
